God Gives Us What He Knows We Deserve.

Does God give us what we love and feel, or does God give us what He knows we deserve and can manage?

21 “The person who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who [really] loves Me; and whoever [really] loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him [I will make Myself real to him].”

John 14 : 21

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge [of My law, where I reveal My will].  Because you [the priestly nation] have rejected knowledge,
I will also reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.

John 15 : 7

Religion prioritizes miracles, but The Kingdom of God prioritizes management. The money we are asking God for may kill us if the little money we have now is mismanaged. God will never give us what we cannot afford. Our answered prayers will always be regulated by our capacity to manage whatever we have already received. God watches us.

4 “An evil and [morally] unfaithful generation craves a [miraculous] sign; but no sign will be given to it, except the sign of [the prophet] Jonah.” Then He left them and went away.

Matthew 16 : 4

We will never be blessed beyond what we can manage appropriately, because what can be given isn’t always given beyond what we can afford, but how faithful we are in the little will cause us to receive an increase from God. And now, if we have not obtained mastery to rule over our spirit, soul, and body, we will end up mismanaging the position God has elevated us to be at.

28 Like a city that is broken down and without walls [leaving it unprotected]
Is a man who has no self-control over his spirit [and sets himself up for trouble].

Proverbs 25: 28

32 He who is slow to anger is better and more honorable than the mighty [soldier],
And he who rules and controls his own spirit, than he who captures a city.

Proverbs 16 : 32

As we pray for blessings, remember to always pray for the management skill of yourself and also of those blessings, so we fully understand that there is no fulfillment of promises without a proper process. And with this understanding, we will now understand that preparation always precedes elevation. Breaking through doesn’t mean passing through or jumping over, it means breaking whatever we have to go through so that it doesn’t reoccur in the next chapter of our lives. Why do many people delay to be in what God has spoken through His Word or through His prophets? When God blesses us, He blesses our spirit, mind, and body. Until God sees that His place in our spirit is fully submitted to His Spirit within our spirit, until He sees that our mind is fully renewed and transformed by Him, until we start living with gratitude by being so faithful with the little that He already blessed us with, then don’t expect a major shift into God’s Promises. Many people trust in God, but God trusts in few; God doesn’t have favorites, He has intimates. The key is to remain faithful to God because He has been faithful to us. We can be grateful, but not faithful. For example, someone gives you 5 million, you will be grateful, but can you be able to be faithful with that 5 million? Faithfulness is above gratitude. Faithfulness challenges our emotions. Expect greatness everytime.

10 “He who is faithful in a very little thing is also faithful in much; and he who is dishonest in a very little thing is also dishonest in much.

Luke 16 : 10

Increase comes with responsibility, and that responsibility is always demonstrated when we successfully and faithfully maintain what we have divinely and purposefully obtained. To be the greatest manager of God’s wealth and success, we must prioritize His agenda, not our lustful and greedy desires, in order to be more focused on the assignment that God assigned for us to fulfill for His Glory in the lives of His children and people. This is one of the reasons why we feel unfulfilled even when we have material things. It is also one of the reasons why we are still lacking because we cannot be trusted with even the little, because our management is based on us as the center of everything, not on God as The Center. Absolute dependency on God doesn’t necessarily mean not reaching the realm of our own financial independence, but it means that God’s Freedom is beyond our financial freedom. God is The Ultimate Owner and whatever He has blessed us with, we are just a faithful and excellent manager. Everything we have is borrowed from God. Stay humble before God because we are just faithful and excellent managers, but we are not The Ultimate Owner of everything; The Most High is The Creator and Owner of Everything.

15 Then He said to them, “Watch out and guard yourselves against every form of greed; for not even when one has an overflowing abundance does his life consist of nor is it derived from his possessions.”

Luke 12 : 15
