Our bodies have the ability to heal & cleanse themselves, but we must do our part in how we take care of our bodies from the inside out through what we eat, & how we clean and maintain our bodies.

It is very vital for women and men to keep clean in order to reduce the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Women are more fragile and open to disease due to poor hygiene because the female body consists of bad bacteria that cause infections. Any moment you give these bad bacteria what to feed on, it grows and causes infection which can easily spread through sex and through poorly cleaned toilets. Hygiene starts from body care, to the clothes you wear, to the bed you sleep in, and to your surroundings.

Fitness isn’t necessarily about having six packs & huge muscles, but it is all about being physically fit & healthy for your age & height. Fitness is a person’s ability to do their daily activities with great performance & strength while managing fatigue & stress. Our hygiene & fitness are crucial to our image & appearance, & our sexual life.

Image & Appearance

Image is the mental perspective of something or someone; it is the idea that other people have about you. Image involves the overall impression that someone has of you based off your appearance, behavior, communication skills, etc. 

Image may or may not be equal to the reality. Appearance is the physical picture that is visible to the eye; it is the way someone looks, dresses, etc. Appearance is a non-verbal way to express yourself. Image & appearance is important because the way we present ourselves has a profound impact on our life.
