We are from the same team of God as children of God. Why can’t we collaborate with each other rather than trying to unhealthily compete with each other and compare ourselves with others? We should inspire each other and should not get intimidated by someone else’s success; we can learn from each other and still not lose our authentic and unique self. With the right mindset, competition can make you better, but with the wrong mindset, it can make you bitter. Be inspired by someone else’s excellence; don’t feel threatened by someone’s achievement. You can reach far moving alone, but you will always move faster when you have a team which is making your dreams come true.
9 Two are better than one because they have a more satisfying return for their labor;

3 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit [through factional motives, or strife], but with [an attitude of] humility [being neither arrogant nor self-righteous], regard others as more important than yourselves. 4 Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.

At the top, there is rarely unhealthy competition or competition. There are only opportunities for more profitable collaboration. Only at the bottom is there unhealthy comparison and competition because they do not understand a win-win situation. Competition will increase your paranoia all day, but collaboration will secure that bag everyday. Put your egos down and learn how to work together so that you can all break the bread together as one family in God. The devil’s kids understand this Divine principle and it seems to work for them, yet the children of The Most High God complain about financial freedom when they don’t understand collective profits and compounded interests which are commonly called dividends and ROI “Return on Investment”. When are we going to see a joint venture capital of a group of Christians so that we also use that influence to be the voice of the voiceless and the hope of the hopeless, with substance as everything is aligned with the principles of God and for His Glory, not our own glory? Christians wake up and understand that it is recorded in the former church that no one lacks anything. But now, people are struggling in churches and we are not doing anything about it, yet Jesus Christ finished everything so that we live an abundant life while here on earth; that when we will be in Heaven, we will be judged by how all the good works Our God predestined for us in Jesus Christ, was all put to use for His Glory. Then, we will receive our crowns because we will have run our lives successfully by God’s Grace.
10 Just as each one of you has received a special gift [a spiritual talent, an ability graciously given by God], employ it in serving one another as [is appropriate for] good stewards of God’s multi-faceted grace [faithfully using the diverse, varied gifts and abilities granted to Christians by God’s unmerited favor].
1 Peter 4 : 10
Unhealthy competitions and comparisons are not the reason why The Most High God created women. However, the world has conditioned women to compete and compare themselves with each other. But God created women with an innate nature to consistently collaborate and connect with each other because each woman portrays a different type of strength and might than the other and vice versa. Each one is uniquely and authentically created. Don’t be envious; there is much to be achieved together than you may think; just play your role well, and do it consistently for the Glory of God. Then, as a team put together for the advancement of the agenda of The Kingdom of God, any God given dream will be fulfilled with excellence, and it will be sustained for as long as you are willing to work together as a team for God’s Glory, not your own glory.
