This life is a life of purpose; it is not a life to fulfill our own ambition. It is a life which God has established: there is a clear vision and we should settle in that vision. It is not going to be easy; there will be challenges, but those challenges are not going to be against you, but they will be for you. Meaning, any pain, trigger, or trials you will go through, they will push you a step ahead, and as they do that, they establish you to a level where you can maintain. All of us pray for blessings, but few of us pray for the ability to maintain. Before we multiply, we must first maintain: maintaining is self-discipline. However, you cannot be disciplined to maintain when you don’t have the knowledge to earn. And as the world is moving, the unbelievers who are using principles and obeying them are winning, but us who know Our Savior has finished everything on The Cross are always on the edge of survival: we are short-sighted and have a lot of uncertainties and fear. God never touched anything He was creating except you and I. So, if we are the ones He touched with His Hand, we are not supposed to worry about things, but we are supposed to be concerned about Who we are with. Every morning, don’t fear about material things, but always ask yourself if you have left or forsaken God.
5 Let your character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I WILL NEVER [under any circumstances] DESERT YOU [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], NOR WILL I FORSAKE or LET YOU DOWN or RELAX MY HOLD ON YOU [assuredly not]!”
Hebrews 13 : 5
God never leaves nor forsakes His children, but we do. And we do this when we put ourselves first instead of asking God for the Agenda of His Kingdom on earth. And that’s why we don’t understand the nuances of how we can succeed on this earth without sorrow.
22 The blessing of the LORD brings [true] riches,
And He adds no sorrow to it [for it comes as a blessing from God].Proverbs 10 : 22
People relate that blessing to riches, but that blessing leads you to no sorrow. There are many people who have money, but with sorrow; there are many people who are crying with what you are crying for. You are crying for that car, but they are crying with that car; you are crying for that wedding, but they are crying in that marriage. The Lord only knows that when you have no sorrow, then you are so focused to win, because you are not anxious or doubtful. You need to understand the blessing which The Word is talking about. We are a conduct of God’s Blessings so that it passes through us to someone else. But we have an issue of asking God for blessings so that they remain in our hands and we misuse them and then go back without fulfillment. The greatest fulfillment is when you are a conduct of blessings: you don’t keep for yourself, but you also help those who are in need.
There are many people who are at the church, there are people who are in the church, and there are people who have become the church. Paul and Silas had become the church; they were mobile churches and this is the extent that we must grow to. That’s what Paul said,
2You are our letter [of recommendation], written in our hearts, recognized and read by everyone. 3You show that you are a letter from Christ, delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
2 Corinthians 3 : 2 – 3
When you are with people who don’t read The Bible, how you behave, how you talk, and how you treat the people you don’t need speaks for itself. It shows true humility, which is how you show respect to the person you don’t need.
